The new smartphone from the house of Panasonic is called the Eluga.
The Eluga has a 4.3″ qHD 960×540 OLED touch screen, 1GHz OMAP4430 processor, Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread, weighs 103g. Panasonic claims the device is as thin as 7.8 millimeters and packs new generation features like Near Field Communication (NFC) as well as Digital Living Network Alliance (DLNA) technologies. The device is waterproof to 1 metre and dust proof. The Eluga will go on sale in April and will be joined by a further two handsets to be debuted at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona next week. The price of the device hasn’t yet been announced.
