Basketball superstar Michael Jordan’s longtime family home in Highland Park is on the market.
The mansion and attendant compound was built between 1993 and 1995, with extensive renovations undertaken in 2009 before Jordan became the majority owner of the Charlotte Bobcats. The NBA legend’s sprawling estate is in Highland Park, alongside Lake Michigan, and has more than 56,000 square feet of living space. It includes nine bedrooms, 15 full baths, four half baths and five fireplaces spread between a main house and a connected guesthouse. The private gate is boldly embellished with a huge number 23, famously wore during his initial tenure with the Chicago Bulls.
