Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg marries his longtime girlfriend Priscilla Chan on May 19, 2012.
The couple married at his Palo Alto, California home in front of fewer than 100 stunned guests who thought they would be attending a party to celebrate Chan’s graduation from medical school. They have met at Harvard and have been going steady for more than nine years. Zuckerberg gave his new bride a ring he had designed with a very simple ruby. The news was announced where else but on Facebook. 28-year-old Zuckerberg posted a simple wedding photograph, showing the couple against a backdrop of plants. The couple currently have one white fluffy, named Beast.
