Sony Xperia S was recently announced at its press conference ahead of the 2012 International CES show in Las Vegas.
Sony’s Xperia S is the first phone to come to Europe that will be badged as a pure Sony. The display is a Sony Mobile Bravia 4.3-inch screen. On the inside the Xperia S runs with Android version 2.3.5 and gets its super smooth go from the combination of a Qualcomm MSM8260 dual core 1.5 GHz processor, internal graphics processor, 1GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal memory. The Android smartphone is equipped with a 12 mega pixel camera that took pictures in just 1.5 seconds from standby. You can wirelessly connect the Xperia S up to your TV, computer or tablet to view the content on a larger screen. Xperia S would be available to consumers globally from the first quarter of 2012 and would be upgraded to Android platform 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) during the second quarter.
